Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, please open it on Vconekt.store. This ensures a quicker resolution process. All disputes must be initiated on Vconekt.store. Failure to comply may result in permanent account blocking.

Documentation Requirement:

  • To process a refund, resend, or return, we require clear photos or videos of the damaged item(s) as evidence. If photos are insufficient, please provide a video demonstrating the damage.
  • Please include a screenshot of any relevant emails or dispute notifications, showing the name, date, and content.

Return Procedure:

  • If our Dispute Team requests a return, the product(s) must be returned to Vconekt.store.

Eligible Cases for Refund, Resend, or Return:

After departing from our premises, tracking information for shipments will remain valid only for 45 days.

We offers a full refund or replacement if packages arrive badly damaged. For packages that arrive partially damaged (except for thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.), We offers a partial refund or replacement.

We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

Vconekt.store has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. We will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

  1. For incorrect products, we offers a full refund or replacement.
  2. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, We may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing that affect product function, we will resend the product only.
  3. For the size problem, We will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us with a photo of the measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

We offers a full refund for orders that are canceled before the products are processed by us.

Important Interpretation

If the order status is closed, you cannot open a dispute with Us. The order status may be closed around 30 days after the purchase date.

We do not assume responsibility for any product damage or shipping delays resulting from epidemic situations, viruses, or heavy snow. However, we will notify you by email.

We will not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  1. The buyer does not like it.
  2. The product description is not accurate.
  3. Products with an unusual smell.
  4. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
